Make Every Contact Count Two 3 hour sessions approaching behaviour change that uses the day-to-day interactions that organisations and individuals have with people, supporting delivery of consistent and concise healthy lifestyle information engaging them in making positive changes to their physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Mental health first aid training This intensive, interactive and practical two day course provides an overview of common mental health problems as well as information, tools and techniques to enable people to support someone who may be experiencing mental or emotional distress.
