Race: Andrew(chair), Haldy, Mike,, Andy? Dev: Jo, Kelly (chair),, Andrew Finance:, Mike(Chair), Andy, Brynn Sponsor: Haldy, Carson (chair),, Mike will support/pass on Committee Reports: Race Com: Consistent attendance race book for general meeting was a huge positive from last year Keirins went well but there is always debate Monday beginner nights in May went well More women What to do about older/slower cat 4s o Little-no reaction for open As/Bs o C category? o Open cat, masters cat (instead of As/Bs) NO GUN normal racing (just GP/Freds) More Madisons o Fridays? o Omnium w/ belt? o Senior/jr Madison? 3 day? o Fix Monday sprinters Think about jr/elite nats is beginning of July Unofficial jr races earlier? Just more jrs Dev Com: More enrolment in beginner adult classes More clinics but they don t always make, so hard to find that balance o Madison o Tactics Percentage of people taking classes going to Thursday went More random people just wanting to see o Email reminder they have their free races Finance Com: Both incomes and expenses down from last year Net income close to last year Jr money hasn t been taken out of fund yet will do end of year needs its own area Covering grants and s pay

Class fee income from jr vs adult? More use of beer garden Wine thing was cool could separate from beer garden in future Budget to assist w/ travel for GP (development, not technically jr) development fund for non jrs women? Make more aware that board can help financially on case-by-case basis (put on website website) volunteer to give back (we still need to be aware though) Sponsor Com: Our diehard sponsors still gave money FSA wants naming rights of GP, for donating jr stuff (we will take this unless we can get lots of $) o FSA would advertise GP on social media o Carson might be able to get cash instead of product o Feels unethical to take their merch and sell it, but it was brought up don t want to unless FSA says ok tabled to sponsor com Adjust prizes elites cash, everybody else merch Individual Reports: Andy: Going to ATRA meeting Saturday will speak about timing of elite/jr nats Major race dates Common curriculum for starting track, especially nearby Andrew: Usually rallies people to go to Burnaby, but has commitments o Andy will try to help get people to Burnaby try to get jrs for western challenge and bare bones ( is working on a jr camp) : King County Report brought up new track, track repairs, etc. o have heard having track public is very important, today sounded like they think of it is a private think, changes how we approach track improvement plans Major pad conflict summer 2020 secretive, probably cool, won t have access the whole summer Generally cirque is every other year, but maybe not If we get nats and is on calendar within 9 months, there won t be a major event 2019 Dates Auction need auction to function

No overlap with WSBA, but they have only big tours up Saturday is better than Friday for traffic and volunteers, Mid April/ March Ask for any information on dates of swims/tts/other conflict events Reach out to speakers - someone to draw out of community, preferably with track background Racing Start racing May 3 rd kickoff 24 th/ 25 th since early nats o event on Memorial Day not necessarily racing novelty day if weather permits June as scheduled o 3-day Madison since not a lot goes in in June? GP July 19 th /20 th? o Us before Alpenrose, could have more people travel Fred s August 16/17/18 (maybe too close to masters probably fine) Season ends normally august push back to 6 th? 30th? Table to race com End date/post season TBD Merch sponsorship get together and talk finance talk about budget New merch needs to start now Carson wants to up funds Cool designs, just more stuff in general o Pint glasses o Keychains Vision could give funds for GP vision shirt Next Meeting: La isla is closed next month someone set up for other future times Sponsor com needs meeting Stay with vie 13 for jr kits
