Delegate Profile The Therapeutic Landscapes Conferences have attracted an excess of 100 delegates. Delegates are professionals working in the fields of health, aged care, disabilities, design, education, horticulture and research including: Health professionals Therapists Nurses Designers Horticulturalists Academics and students Other professionals working in in research, education, service provision and policy. Delegates are expected from all over Australia. The Conference provides sponsors and exhibitors with exposure and access to delegates who have the capacity to purchase or make decisions on purchases of major products and services. Conference Venue and Program Located on the east coast of Australia, Southern Cross University is ranked in the top 100 within the Asia-Pacific region. With a contemporary, purpose-built campus, this University is known for being located in areas recognised for ecological diversity, living laboratories and creative hubs for learning and artistic endeavours. This one-day conference will take place at Southern Cross University on Friday 26 th October 2018. Trade display tables will be available in the room for exhibitors. Pop-up display banners can be used in the allocated table space for each exhibitor. The conference itself will feature keynote presenters and workshops as well as a networking cocktail event to follow in the evening. 2

Sponsorship Conditions Following are explanations of the various elements contained within the sponsorship packages. Complimentary Full Conference Registration Full Conference Registration includes lunches, morning and afternoon teas, conference program and material, name badge, conference satchel and post conference networking drinks. Additional company representatives (above the sponsorship entitlement) will be charged at regular registration rates. Conference Promotional Material A full-colour printed and electronic version of the conference brochure will be produced and will include logos from major sponsors. If sponsorship is not confirmed and payment received in full (as per invoiced terms and conditions) there is no guarantee that logos will be included. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to ensure logos are sent to the Conference Chair well in advance of the print deadline to ensure they are included (eps or jpeg format). Conference Program All sponsorship packages include sponsor recognition in the conference program. The program will include a detailed agenda, information about presenters, sponsors and trade exhibitors, delegates lists and function details. Exhibition Space All exhibition spaces are 2m x 2m and will have a trestle table and power available. Organisation Signage The type of organisation signage to be displayed is dependent on the space and physical constraints at the venue. Every effort will be made to accommodate sponsors requests. Satchel Insert Quantity: Minimum of 150 pieces; one A4 brochure or booklet up to 6 pages in length is allowed. Other promotional material or product samples subject to confirmation. Confirmation of Sponsorship: Please contact the Conference Committee to confirm details. A Tax Invoice will then be prepared and forwarded for your processing, as well as a letter acknowledging the sponsorship level and associated benefits.
