Frequently asked questions How do I book my s? Either call us, or email. Our contact details are on page 16. Where is ASC Performance? We are located on Showfield Lane in Malton, opposite Jewson's, our contact details are on page 16. Can I use the gym outside of coaching s? Yes although it is always advisable to let us know ahead of time so we can make sure your is written out for you. What should I wear and bring with me? Wear trainers and comfortable clothes that you don t mind getting a little sweaty. Bring along a bottle of water too. What is the atmosphere like, will I fit in? See page 3 for what our clients have to say. The answer is probably YES! What if I need to cancel a? Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be lost. For full details please email us. I don t like traditional gyms, why is ASC Performance different? I have an injury, can you help with that? ASC Performance is not like a traditional gym, it is a place to be coached towards your goals in a safe environment. See page 3-4 for more details. In most situations, YES. We work on a monthly basis, meaning you are not committing to a long contract, and are paying for what you use. Can I use the gym if I don t want to do Personal Training? We started ASC Performance to ensure everybody is being coached the right way and not left to their own devices, we do not offer open gym. 2
