We specialize in getting people fitter and healthier, no matter where they're starting. Our program is results-based - meaning that we focus on making measurable improvements in your fitness. If this is your biggest concern, rest assured that we take proper progression in fitness very seriously. We will never throw you into something that you re not ready for. We'll assess your fitness level on day one and adjust your program accordingly. We're committed to your progress and that means setting you up for success, not failure. At every step along your journey, we ll be there to fine-tune your training. We regularly work with people who've never ever been in a gym before or who are dealing with chronic injuries. We meet you where you are and build you up. CONCERN: I'm worried that I might injure myself doing this. REALITY: CrossFit can have a reputation for being a little risky. We don t dismiss this or shy away from it, so let s address this legitimate concern right now. The risk of any sport or fitness program has a lot to do with how the program is organized and coached. Unfortunately, it s been publisized that some inexperienced CrossFit coaches design risky, overly complicated workouts for clients who aren t prepared for what they re being asked to do. The problem is that they don t understand the underlying principles of sound program design.
11 At Quantum we completely eliminate the most risky exercises commonly used in CrossFit - the ones we know commonly lead to injuries. Plus, we start all new members with a thorough assessment on day one so we know exactly where you might be vulnerable to an injury up front. That allows us to build your program to systematically strengthen and correct that problem are and to avoid an potentially aggravating activities in the meantime. CONCERN: I ve been very inconsistent with the gym in the past. How do I know if this time will be different? REALITY: No one can guarantee that you'll stick to a plan, but as long as you show up and do what we tell you, you ll make progress. Plus we ll be on top of you to provide maximum accountability. If you don t hold up your end of the bargain and attend all of your scheduled sessions, we ll reach out and give you a nudge in the right direction. Besides, when you re having fun, when you re feeling the excitement of getting incredible results, when you re able to do things in the gym that you didn t think were possible, chances are you'll build a momentum that will keep you going long-term. CONCERN: This costs more than a traditional gym membership. Is it worth it? REALITY: Our gym isn't the cheapest out there and unfortunately it s not in everyone s budget. Having said that, most of our memberships average out to $5-6 per day, which many people spend on over priced coffee! Unlike a normal gym where you pay to rent the equipment, here we provide so much more. You ll get everything you need for success: coaching, proven workouts, nutrition plans, and more.
