4 First Aid Measures Ingestion (Swallowed): Call a physician or poison center. Do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Rinse mouth with water and give one to two eight-ounce glasses of water to drink if the patient if conscious and responsive. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Eye Contact: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, lifting upper and lower eyelids occasionally. If contact lenses are present, remove them if easy to do after 5 minutes and continue flushing. Get medical attention if irritation persists. Skin Contact: Rinse skin with water. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Get medical attention if irritation persists or symptoms of exposure develop. Inhalation (Breathing): Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention if irritation or other symptoms develop and persist. Signs and Symptoms of Exposure: Eye irritant. Prolonged skin contact may cause mild irritation. Prolonged inhalation of spray mist may cause respiratory tract irritation. Sulfite sensitive individuals may experience a severe allergic reaction if exposed to this product.
