... and He sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. Luke 9:2 2014 YEAR IN REVIEW

The Lord is blessing the work of our hands in Catacamas and Culmi Thank you for answering the call to proclaim the kingdom of God and heal the sick. The Lord is blessing the work of your hands in Catacamas and Culmi. God has been faithful - we saw his promise fulfilled in 2014! Be strong and courageous- do not be afraid: do not be discouraged; for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9) PREDISAN S VISION God has shown his faithfulness year after year. As we approach our 30th year in 2016, we can rejoice in the lives changed by your faithful support. In 1986, 72% of the children in our service area were experiencing malnutrition because of you, now the number of children dealing with malnutrition has dropped to 15% it continues to drop each year. In 1985, only 25% of the children under age 5 were up-to-date on their immunizations now 95% have their needed immunizations! These are only two examples of the difference you are making with your gifts to Predisan. We have come a long way - but there is much work to be done. As a Christian organization our vision is to see people experience wholeness: physical, spiritual, social, economic and environmental health, according to God s redemptive plan. We are encouraged and have confidence for the futuere - that God is with us as we proclaim Christ and heal lives - Predicar y Sanar - wherever we go. We trust that you will also be encouraged as you read the 2014 Annual Report. We are thankful that you are with us on this journey. Linda Trevathan, Board President

God continues to bless! Last year we challenged you with this statement, The Lord has blessed the work of our hands in Catacamas. Now we have the opportunity to see God work through us in Culmi. Because you answered the challenge and offered your support, more people are being helped and treated than ever before. We now operate out of 25 health facilities; twenty-one rural health center, the Culmi Birthing Center and maternity home, a health center with a full time physician, The Good Samaritan Medical Center and the inpatient rehabilitation facility CEREPA. God has been doing a great work through you. Thank you for doing your part - your gifts, prayers, time and talents are being used by God to proclaim Jesus and heal lives. Thank you for sharing your vision for God s work in Honduras with your friends and family.

OUR VISION IS TO SEE PEOPLE EXPERIENCE WHOLENESS; PHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL, SOCIAL, CEREPA: SUBSTANCE ABUSE REHABILITATION CENTER The treatment plans at CEREPA offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to substance abuse care. Patient care includes psychological, medical and spiritual elements. Those struggling with substance abuse seek inpatient and outpatient help at the inpatient facility CEREPA and in the outpatient consultation service, CEREPA On Wheels in Tegucigalpa. In 2014, we received word of the passing of The Professor. In September 2013, he arrived at CEREPA consumed with addiction. He was a teacher with a great ability to relate to others and made friends easily. He dedicated himself completely to the recovery program at CEREPA. With all his heart and soul he let God work in him to such an extent, that upon leaving CEREPA, he dedicated his life to serve Christ. He continued to attend all his follow up visits often sharing with new patients the wonders God had done is his life. We were surprised to receive a call from the professors family in December with word that he had passed away from a heart attack. His family expressed their joy in that on the last day of his life here on earth God had used him to deliver a beautiful sermon that touched the lives of all that heard it. WE CELEBRATE WITH THE ANGELS IN HEAVEN FOR THE SOULS THAT ARE SAVED AND EXPERIENCE VICTORY THROUGH THE POWER OF CHRIST!

ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH, ACCORDING TO GOD S REDEMPTIVE PLAN. THE GOOD SAMARITAN MEDICAL CENTER Lives are saved at the Good Samaritan Medical Center. At the GSMC, we provide quality comprehensive health care service with specialty care in reproductive health, gynecology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, nephrology, pediatrics, dentistry, physical therapy, and ophthalmology. Both visiting physicians and local surgeons perform minor and selective out-patient surgical procedures at GSMC. Additional specialty care is provided by visiting physicians in geriatrics, internal medicine, and rheumatology. HEALTHY COMMUNITIES PREDISAN expanded to grow Healthy Communities throughout Catacamas and Culmi. You are making a difference by providing primary health care over 50,800 people. We serve over 17,800 in Cuyamel Mountains and almost 33,000 in the new service area, Culmi. In 2014, we opened health centers in Culmi, a region that did not primary health care available. Predisan now operates 6 Health centers in the Cuyamel-Catacamas area and 17 health centers in Culmi, including a Birthing Clinic and a physician s office. You made a great investment in furniture, infrastructure, and equipment to comply with the minimum requirements for each health facility to offer quality services. Healthy Communities programs also include Healthy Homes, Safe Water, Healthy Schools and other community development programs. Chaplains were hired and the staff members were trained to deliver care as the hands and feet of Christ.
