3 Introduction from Bulletin Editor Hello everyone! My name is Lena Elkoussy and I m your bulletin editor for the 2018-2019 year! I m currently a sophomore and I also go to DCMST. Anything you see that s on the internet, whether it be our website, instagram, twitter, or remind, I manage and make. I m the main source of communication to the board, so if you have any questions, comments, or ideas contact me (preferably on Remind). Send me your KC pictures! I m looking forward to this year, and if you have any ideas to make our club the best it can be, please share them. We have a whole bunch of cool stuff planned for this school year so get ready! 6 Fall Rally 2018 Theme Candy Land Where Dakota High School When Saturday, November 10th Cost $25 Deadline for Money October 25 What is Fall Rally? Fall Rally is an event where Key Clubbers from all across Michigan meet up to celebrate and continue their service. You can attend workshops, meet new people, and learn about projects! It s lots of fun, and we want Fordson to represent with a lot of members there.
7 AAUW Book Sales June 1+2, September 26+29, Oct 2 Volunteers work hard at the DISC to organize and sell books for the various AAUW Book Sales @the DISC throughout the summer! The profits support local educational programs!
8 Officer Training Conference June 17th Division 12 Officers receive training on their positions, and meet future and past officers with the same position. In addition, they work on community service projects, including cleaning up the environment or creating and decorating cards. The experience allows for Key Clubbers from all across their division to interact and learn about Key Club.

12 Question + Quotes Question of the Month: What do you like most about Fordson Key Club? I like how it gives so many opportunities, and I love meeting all the new people there. I also love the environment it gives and how we can all come together to do good for the community. -Haneen Alaouie What I like most about key club is that what makes up the club is kids who are willing to volunteer their time and set a good example for others and this club makes it easier for us to do this. -Fatema Dabaja 2 things I like about Key Club so far is the events there. There are many options open to do many funny things and memories you can make throughout the year. Another thing is the meetings and how everyone works together. So far I am looking forward to it. -Aya Sahyouni The thing I like most about Fordson Key Club is how members develop strong leadership skills with each opportunity to step up and take part in service projects, social activities, club functions/fundraisers, etc. Thank you for this beautiful opportunity! -Lamya Mohamed What I like most about Fordson Key Club is that you can build your character through service and leadership. You can make the world a better place through community service and helping out people in need. Also, one of the most things that I really like about Key Club is that you get to do lots of activities with the people around you to make a positive impact as we serve others in our schools and communities. -Israa Charara
