Covenants Corner Greetings Ponds Residents, Spring is here and it s the perfect time to start thinking about needed maintenance on your homes. While driving the neighborhood we ve noticed some homes in need of pressure washing or painting and some mailboxes are in need of cleaning and or paint as well. A fresh application of pine straw or mulch/chips is also needed this time of year. Please take a look at your home from the street to see if everything is in order. If you are painting you home the same color, you do not need DRB approval. If you are thinking about changing the color, DRB approval is needed. It s also that time of the year when many of you will want to make improvements to your yard, add a patio, fence, etc. All of these changes will require a DRB form be submitted for approval prior to making any changes. The DRB meets on the third Thursday of each month, and all meetings will be posted on the calendar. You may obtain the required DRB approval form on the LandArc.com website or you can pick one up at the. If you have difficulty logging onto the website or have never registered and need assistance, please email Kirstel Gibbs at kirstel.gibbs@associa.us and she will be happy to send you instructions to register and sign in. If you need help with your submission or have questions regarding your application Kirstel and I are always happy to assist.
