RealAge (www.realage.cm) is a website develped by Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Michael Rizen t help yu determine if there is a difference between yur chrnlgical age (yur actual age measured in years) and yur bilgical age (the physilgical age f yur bdy, r yur RealAge ). This is dne by cmpleting a cmprehensive nline assessment f yur lifestyle and current state f health. Here is hw yu d it: G t www.realage.cm (Make sure t set aside at least 30 minutes fr the test.) Once at the website, click the menu item that says RealAge test Next, enter yur email address and create a passwrd that yu will remember. Next, cmplete the infrmatin n the RealAge Registratin page. Nte: if yur birth year des nt appear in the drp dwn menu, speak with yur instructr befre cntinuing with this assignment. Next, the website will ask if yu wuld like t becme a RealAge Member. In rder t d this assignment, yu d nt need t becme a RealAge member. Next, starting with the My Health Histry page, begin filling ut yur RealAge prfile. Read the instructins carefully as yu are directed t answer questins abut yur health, feelings, diet and fitness. If yu are ever uncertain abut the answer t a questin and I dn t knw r nt applicable are nt given as ptins, read the hints next t the questin t guesstimate the best answer fr yu. When yu are finished answering the questins, it will ask yu if yu want t send the test t yur family and friends. Yu may chse t skip this step. After cmpleting the test, yur RealAge will be displayed.
