Experimentl feeds with 46.5% of crude protein, GE: 5.4 Cl g -1 in four replcement levels: 0, 270, 450 nd 660 gr kg 1 were prepred nd fish were fed on the diets for 60 dys. Significnt differences were found in growth performnce (0.05) of different diets. Biomss gin, specific growth rte, feed conversion rte nd protein efficiency rtio in fish feed with diet 1 ws higher (0.05) tht the other ones. However, growth performnce in diets 2 nd 3 were not significntly different (P>0.05). Moisture of elug crcss fed with diet 4 ws significntly higher (0.05) tht the other diets. However, protein, ft nd sh were not significntly different (P>0.05) mong diets. The hemtocrit percentge ws significntly higher in experimentl tretments 1 nd 2 thn 3 nd 4 nd the plsm glucose ws significntly different etween diets 1 nd 4 (0.05). With decresed fish mel, significntly (0.05) decresed plsm cholesterol ws found in diet 1 compred to the diets 3 nd 4. Results showed tht comintion of soyen mel nd corn gluten is not good sustitute for fish mel nd decesed growth performnce of the fish. *Corresponding uthor
