COURSE GOALS: TEXTBOOK MATERIALS: The student will: 1. Develop motor skills and understand the fundamentals of movement by practicing and analyzing movement. 2. Develop levels of skill-related fitness through weight training. 3. Develop knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology of major muscles. 4.
