PASSION requires PURPOSE PURPOSE = MEANING and CONTEXT Drives the form, the details and the execution Begins with INTENTION the WHY? PASSION requires ATTENTION ATTENTION = Focus on the NOW Where Purpose, Vision, and Heart come together The devil is in the details Finger is on the pulse of the current state of affairs and on people/relationships Leading with ATTENTION PASSION requires INTEGRITY INTEGRITY = Authenticity A core virtue that removes ego and replaces it with a fervent stewardship of the greater good Provides a powerful compass by which to lead Builds trust, which leads to highly effective teams Leading with INTEGRITY PASSION requires DISCIPLINE DISCIPLINE = Doing whatever it takes Means walking your talk with responsibility and accountability Requires initiative, action and follow-through Dependability, going the extra mile Goal setting and getting are the tools of Discipline Helps maintain balance between tasks, activities, and relationships Leading with DISCIPLINE 6
