Nutrition The Bootcamp nutrition plan has been designed by Barbara Cox. Barbara is a leading expert in nutrition and the weight loss plan cleverly ensures you lose weight and detox your system too. The programme is carefully designed to meet your nutritional needs and ensure you reach your goal. The food is all locally sourced from the sea or the land and is organic and fresh. Organic food and a balanced diet ensure you will lose weight. Delicious, nutritious and fabulously prepared. Every meal will be a treat. Once you have booked your Bootcamp, Barbara will make an introductory welcome call to you and find out about your nutritional requirements. During your Bootcamp, Barbara will speak about nutrition and take you through an eye opening food journey which will help you put into place healthy nutrition at home. For every morning of your Bootcamp you will be provided with a breakfast to eat at home or at your accommodation, snacks and vitamin juices will be provided mid-morning and lunch will be served either as a picnic or sit down meal, snacks and vitamin juices will be provided mid-afternoon and you complete your daily nutrition plan with an evening meal for you to eat at home or at your accommodation.
