Notes from the Administrator We were very honored to have the Supreme Governor of Mooseheart visit our Lodge on April 6th to help us celebrate our 100th year Anniversary. Thank you to all who came to show your support! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chad Gross for the GREAT JOB that he has done as Governor of our Lodge for the past two years!! He has put a lot of time and energy into this job and the results certainly show that. When you see Chad at the Lodge, thank him for a job well done! Your new officers are: Governor--Seth Fuller, Jr Governor--Craig Miller, Treasurer--Larry Pratt, Prelate-- Lanny Wendland, 1st yr Trustee--Jim Miller, 2nd yr Trustee--Troy Stuefen, 3rd yr Trustee--Leo Russel, and Sergeant At Arms--James Madson. Saturday, July 16 th State Moose Golf Tournament The State Moose Golf Tournament this year is on Saturday, July 16 th in Menomonie, Wisconsin. The tournament will be played at the Whitetail Golf Course. Cost is $75, which includes green fees, cart, sandwich and beverage on the course, and dinner at the Lodge. All golfers must be LOOM/WOTM members. Non-golfers can come for dinner for $10. If you have your own team or you are an individual that would like to get on a team, please contact Jim Bath for more information including entry forms and hotel information at (920) 457-0740.

Notes from the Governor Well it looks like spring may arrive in a month or two. I would like to thank Chad for turning over the Lodge in good shape. Chad did a great job in his two years as Governor. If we hadn t experienced all the equipment failures, Chad would have reached his goal of having $10,000 in the bank. Please let him know that you appreciate all of his hard work! Myself and the new board will do our best to keep your Lodge the best it can be. Please let us know if we can do anything to make your Lodge better, we are here to work for you. We would like to have an event once a month for members to enjoy. On April 30 th, we have the Liver and Chicken Dinner. May is booked full for brat frys. On June 18 th, we have a Western Night planned. You will be able to choose from a ribeye, t-bone, or smoked brisket. We will also have some country music. Dress your best and try to win a prize. Further information will be posted at the Lodge and will also be sent out via email, so make sure we have your email address. We will be starting Thursday happy hour again starting Thursday, April 21 st. We will be starting food specials during the week. Look for coupons in this newsletter. If you get the email version you can print the coupons and bring them in. I would like to thank all that helped for the Honor Flight Brat Fry. We were able to raise $5,000 for the WWII Veterans. We could not have done it without all the help. You can visit their website at http://www.oldgloryhonorflight.org to learn more about the Honor Flight. Please thank the outgoing boards members, Chad Gross, Steve Weiss, and Mike Markelz for their hard work in keeping the Lodge running and in good shape. We are still in need of kitchen help, so please let myself or Craig know if you can help. With the warmer weather coming, don't forget to enjoy our deck. Please use the ashtray so we can keep the property looking the best we can. We have members who spend time picking up cigarette butts. Let s give them a break and use the ashtrays. Seth Fuller April 30 th Beef Liver, Bacon, and Onion Dinner Join us for a beef liver, bacon, and onions dinner or a ½ broasted chicken dinner with vegetable, and fried potatoes for $7.00 per person. Dinner starts at 6:00 pm. There is a signup sheet at the Lodge in the Social Quarters. If anyone wants to help or has questions, please see Seth, Karen, or Craig. Notes from the Senior Regeant Dear Ladies: My year as Senior Regent is now coming to a close and with that, I would like to thank the Officers, Chairmen, and Co-Workers who volunteered their time this past year and helped us with another successful year. The Chapter recently held elections for the upcoming year. A new Board of Officers and new Chairmen were elected. The New Officers are as follows: Senior Regent-Nancy Wehrwein, Junior Graduate Regent-Cindy Pratt, Secretary/Treasurer-Linda L. Berg, Chaplain-Elaine Russell, Recorder-Mary Johnston, and Jr. Regent-(VACANT). We are presently looking for someone to fill the position of Junior Regent. If you are interested, please contact the Senior Regent or Recorder. Please note that the price for dues for the Women Of The Moose are now back up to $50.00 to join for the First Year and $30.00 for the Second Year. This change is effective May 1 st, 2011. We would like to extend a big Welcome to the following new members who recently joined our Chapter!
