Activities Activities are the individual events that you complete. Activity types are the grouping of those activities, for example running, biking, etc. Routes are any specific geographic path you define with the mobile app and are specific to each activity type. Pick an activity type, a specific route (if applicable) and a date range to list the activities you completed. Independent Activities are ones that were not completed under a specific Route name. Time-frame buttons: last 7, 14, or 13 days and a Custom date range selection Personal records for the activity type selected and the selected timeframe. Individual activity list based on your time, activity type and route selections above Check Box: Select 1 activity and Analyze button: View two variables (pace, wind, etc) graphed for each mile split Select 2 activities and Head to Head button: Compares two variables between activities per each mile split Select 2-5 activities and Compare button: Displays total activity results for all selected Page 6 of 18 content subject to change Instructions_mywindfit_MemberPortal revision 10Feb17
Activity Detail The activity detail shows the results of the mile splits for any activity. You can access the activity detail from clicking View Details on the dashboard or the blue link of the activity name in the Activity page. Analyze The analysis page graphs the results of an individual activity so you can evaluate your performance at each mile split. It can be used to identify the primary reasons for the changes in your pace or heart rate. There are two pull down lists, which allow you to choose any activity data such as pace, incline or head wind. The pull-down on the left will show as a bar graph and the pull-down on the right will be graphed as a line Page 8 of 18 content subject to change Instructions_mywindfit_MemberPortal revision 10Feb17
Compare The compare page allows you to view the results of up-to 5 different activities, side by side in a table. It also contains a graph that shows your choice of result for each activity so you can compare. By selecting the check box under two activities, you can launch the Head to Head analysis feature. For the Compare graph, choose the result variable from the pull-down list. The graph then displayes that variabel for each activity Page 10 of 18 content subject to change Instructions_mywindfit_MemberPortal revision 10Feb17
Head to Head The Head to Head page compares two results variables from two activities over the elapsed miles. It also shows the difference in one result variable between the two activities for each mile split. This analysis can help you identify where, how, and why your results varied from activity to activity. There are two pull down lists, which allow you to choose specific activity data such as pace, incline or head wind. The pull-down on the left will show as a bar graph and the pull-down on the right will be graphed as a line. It will also be plotted on the lower graph to show the difference between the two activities per mile split. Analysis Resting Heart Rate This resting heart rate graph shows your resting heart rate trend over the last 365 days. Your resting heart rate trend can be an indication of your fitness level. Page 17 of 18 content subject to change Instructions_mywindfit_MemberPortal revision 10Feb17
Analysis Performance Ratios Performance Ratios are designed to give you additional information on how your performance is trending over time. There are five performance ratios, however, some require the optional heart rate monitor. You can graph two performance ratios at the same time. Pace/Head Wind: Upward trending (higher number) indicates improved performance in stronger winds Pace/ Score: Upward trending (higher number) indicates improved performance in more challenging routes (incline changes) and conditions (head wind and higher temp/humidity) Pace/ Pace (given as a percentage): Negative percentages indicate Pace greater than actual pace. A positive percentage indicates actual pace greater than Pace, higher positive percentages indicate improved performance. Heart Rate/Relative Wind Speed (activity speed plus wind speed): Shows your heart rate as it relates to the total wind resistance. Generally for a given wind resistance, a downward trending number indicates improved fitness Heart Rate/ Score: Shows your heart rate as it relates to the total resistance during your activity. Generally for a given Score, a downward trending number indicates improved fitness Page 18 of 18 content subject to change Instructions_mywindfit_MemberPortal revision 10Feb17
