So, what is it exactly that you want as an active member of NWMO MGMA? Most members say they like the education, the programs and especially the networking, etc. But experts say that s not what people really want! It s not education that members want... Or networking, Or a listserv. Or a zippy new website. Members want OUTCOME of those things. You really want professional advancement. You want to look smart in front of other people. You want to have opportunities to make more money. You want less stress in our lives. And so forth. The world today is so noisy that the only thing that will get noticed is something that achieves a noticeable outcome. This isn t something that most members are even going to be able to tell you in surveys or focus groups, unless you ask the right questions.
