3 Outstanding Teachers and Staff This year the PTA has created a new opportunity for parents and students to thank a staff member or teacher at our school who goes above and beyond. This new opportunity is called Outstanding Teachers and Staff. There s a red box in the front office, and parents and students are encouraged to go to the box, and fill out a slip. The slip of paper asks who you are thanking and why. Once you ve filled out the slip, put the slip in the red box. At the end of each month the PTA will empty the box, and deliver each staff member and teacher who received a note, a card and a gift certificate along with the slip of paper you filled out! Gift certificates are provided by some of our amazing local business partners, and adds a little extra smile to our amazing teachers and staff faces. We hope you ll embrace this new tradition here at CBES and thank someone extra special today! Local businesses are such an important part of our community and we are so thankful you re interested in supporting Coronado Beach Elementary School s PTA. Your membership and donations help us to provide fun and informative events to our families as well as materials and items our school and children may need. Our budget is voted on and approved by our membership to ensure every dollar is spent where it is needed. Below is a list of ways you can help support us and we appreciate your consideration. Become a CBES PTA Business Partner Each membership level has different perks and ways we promote your business. We like to let our members know who is helping support the next generation! 1. Silver - $25-$50 donation, includes your logo on all our digital newsletters in our Business Partners area, and a shout out on our Facebook page where we will link your business page. 2. Gold - $50-$99 donation, includes your logo on all our digital newsletters in our Business Partners area, a business card sized ad in one newsletter of your choice, and a shout out on our Facebook page where we will link your business page. 3. Platinum - $100-$200 donation, includes your logo on all our digital newsletters in our Business Partners area, a business card sized ad in two newsletters of your choice, two shout outs on our Facebook page where we will link your business page, and $100 off on a sponsor booth at your choice of either our Carnival or Color run event. Become CBES PTA Members! You don t have to have a child at CBES to become a PTA member. You and your employees can all become individual members of the CBES PTA. Individual membership costs $7 per person. With your membership you can attend meetings and vote on important items such as how our budget is spent. Even if you can t attend meetings, having higher membership numbers helps our PTA receive acknowledgement, grants and awards! So why not join? Donations! Donations are always appreciated. Whether you re donating money, Merch or a gift certificate to your business for us to give as prizes or simply supplies for events, we always make good use of your donations and appreciate the support.

6 Sponsor an event! We have two events you can sponsor this year. Sponsoring an event gets your company logo on all of the flyers and promotional materials created for the event, both printed and digital. You will receive a shout out on our PTA Facebook page where we will link to your business Facebook page. Your support will be mentioned in newsletter articles about the event. And, you ll be able to set up a 10x 10 space at the event where you can set up your promotional materials and promote your business. Color Run sponsorship: $250 * Carnival sponsorship: $250 * Just a booth at an event: $100 * Carnival will take place on April 13 from 10:30 am until 2:00 PM with set up beginning at 8:30 AM. Color run will take place in February, contact us for official date.
