Script for Contacting People that you Know Hi this is, I ve been thinking a lot about you and wanted to share something with you that I feel passionate about that has changed my life. Is this a good time to talk? {SHORT VERSION} I have fallen in love with essential oils, they have really changed my life and my family s life. Essential oils are plant extracts and have been around for thousands of years. There are three really incredible things about them: 1) they are completely natural which means there is nothing added or taken away so there are no side effects or addictions; 2) they are actually more powerful than medications because they can kill the bacteria outside of the cell and also destroy the viruses inside of the cell. Most of the time antibiotics can only kill the bacteria and not the viruses; 3) the oils work faster and are cheaper. In fact, it only costs $0.69 to get rid of an ear infection versus the $25 or more to cover the co-pay and the antibiotics. {Share a brief personal experience with essential oils} So I was thinking about you and your family and how this can really change your health (If you know about a specific ailment they have, you can go into detail about how our products can help with that ailment). I want to do something special for you. These oils are really powerful and very effective. People buy them all the time and they are worth every cent because they will change your health. I would really like to do you a favor and bring you some FREE samples to try. When is good for me to bring that over?

{EXTENDED VERSION} I have fallen in love with essential oils, they have really changed my life and my family s life. Let me share with you why I have become so passionate about this. Here is just a little information from what I have learned about the healthcare industry. At first I was shocked and even at times appalled by what I learned. Then I decided I needed to do something about it. First of all, when societies come together and form governments, they create a number of systems. For example we have a transportation system, an education system and a healthcare system. Did you know that we spend about 4.5 trillion dollars globally on health care every year? In fact when you look at that side by side with our education system, that would pay for more than half of Americans to go to a private college every year for free. If we used 4.5 trillion dollars on our transportation system, we could build a road around the world 1,738 times. The truth is, with all that money we spend on health care, we are not any healthier now than we were 5 years ago or even last year; in fact we are less healthy. The problem is that our Healthcare system is not very healthy. We don t eat well, we have sedentary lifestyles and we have a problem with how we medicate ourselves. We use synthetic drugs which cause a whole host of side effects and even addictions. When you break it down, you can say that today, Healthcare = Medication. Here is what it looks like. Pharmaceutical companies make the medications, doctors prescribe them and patients use them. We tend to talk a lot about drugs and teenagers, but never seem to talk about another huge drug problem in the United States which is prescription drug abuse. What age group do you think is the fastest growing age group that is being

prescribed antidepressants? It is our preschoolers, or our 4 and 5 year olds. Plus, just think of all the ADD/ADHD medications being prescribed. So, in 5 or 10 years, we are looking at a generation of teenagers who are already addicted to prescription medication. Between 1992 and 2003 the number of NEW prescription drug abusers among teenagers has grown by over 500%!!! This is a huge problem. So, it is time we reinvented healthcare. Centuries ago they used natural medicine. Had you told someone back then to take a blue pill and it would make them better, they would have thought you were crazy, because what they were using for healthcare was natural remedies. Today it s exactly opposite. If you suggest someone take a natural form of medicine, they think it s strange. In reality, many prescription drugs use synthetic versions of the same compounds found in plants (basically essential oils). In fact, it only costs $0.44 to get rid of an ear infection versus the $25 or more to cover the co-pay and the antibiotics. {Share a brief personal experience with essential oils} When people learn that essential oils are safer, more effective and cheaper to use, they almost always choose natural medicine. The problem is that people just don t know about it. 10 years ago the tree huggers were considered weird. Now, anyone who isn t environmentally conscious is considered reckless. This trend has moved from organic foods, then to organic cleaning products and is now moving

toward natural medicine. I believe that within 5 to 10 years natural medicine will be a major trend, if not completely mainstream because healthcare is such a big issue. So, who will reinvent healthcare? Will it be the Pharmaceutical companies? No. What about the doctors? Probably not. It would be hard for them to change the healthcare system. So its up to us to reinvent healthcare, starting with ourselves and our own families and friends. So I was thinking about you and your family and how this can really change your health (If you know about a specific ailment they have, you can go into detail about how our products can help with that ailment). I want to do something special for you. These oils are really powerful and very effective. People buy them all the time and they are worth every cent because they will change your health. Script for Contacting People that you Know, BUT haven t talked to in a long time Hi this is, you know, I ve been thinking about you and wanted to talk to you about something specific, but we haven t talked for so long. I would love to just get caught up and find out what is going on in your life. (TALK WITH THEM FOR AS LONG AS IS NECESSARY ABOUT THEM, ASKING THEM QUESTIONS IN DETAIL. BASICALLY BE VERY INTERESTED IN THEM. YOU CAN EVEN WAIT UNTIL THEY ASK WHAT YOU SPECIFICALLY WANTED TO TALK ABOUT. ITS OK IF YOU RUN OUT OF TIME AND SET UP A CALL FOR ANOTHER TIME TO TALK ABOUT ESSENTIAL OILS.) {SHORT VERSION} I have fallen in love with essential oils, they have really changed my life and my family s life.
