JACQUI BUNGE, DC - Jacqui Bunge is a chiropractor with a special interest in paediatrics. She qualified from the University of Johannesburg in 2007 and received an award of distinction. She has gone on to qualify with her ICSSD, Bio-puncture and NSAIDS Injectable course. She has also completed the Kirokids diploma (Australia), Movement Analysis and Education StrategiesTherapy diploma and MscAPP in Paediatric Musculoskeletal Health through AECC. Having worked in multi-disciplinary sports centres, her focus is now on her two multi-disciplinary paediatric centres in Johannesburg. She is passionate about her work in paediatrics with a special interest in a multi-disciplinary approach to ensure early intervention and prevention. DR CHRISTOPHER J COLLOCA, DC, PhD - Dr Chris Colloca is a world renowned spinal researcher, educator, and inventor. He is the CEO and Founder of Neuromechanical Innovations, a medical device technology company that manufactures the Impulse family of instruments for spinal manipulation and manual therapy and provides postgraduate training to health care professionals around the globe. Dr Colloca also serves as the Chairman and Director for the International Spine Research (INSPIRE) Foundation and has published over 50 scientific journal articles. JESPER DAHL, DC - Jesper has a keen interest in the diagnosis and management of all musculoskeletal injuries and this management is optimised towards full functional rehabilitation. In 2009 Jesper was invited to work with ProGolf Health Inc., a specialist sports medicine company working with top professional golf players, which required travelling on the European and US PGA Tours. Jesper now travels less, but works as the performance director for a top-level professional golfer and coordinates all aspects of his therapy, diet, conditioning and training schedules. Jesper has recently returned to clinical practice working in Southcote in a clinic primarily for athletes of all standards as well as providing second -opinion consultations for other practitioners. Jesper teaches various aspects of patient management both nationally and internationally and enjoys the challenge of making difficult material easy to understand both for his students but also on a daily basis with his patients.
DR ROBERT GUNZBERG M.D, Ph.D - Robert Gunzburg, M.D., Ph.D., is a consultant Spinal Surgeon in private Practice in Belgium. He is an active member of a number of learned societies, including a founding Board member of INSPIRE (the International Spine Research Foundation), the International Society for the Study of the Lumbar Spine (ISSLS) of which he was Secretary from 2005 to 2008, the Spine Society of Europe (SSE) of which he was President in 2008, the Spine Society of Australia (SSA) and the North American Spine Society (NASS). He is Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the European Spine Journal, sits on the editorial board of a number of other peer-reviewed journals and is a member of the Board of the EuroSpine Foundation. He has over 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals and is widely published in a number of other books and papers. As a lecturer he tours the world and is still very active in spinal research, and is considered an authority in this field. LISA ZAYNAB KILLINGER,DC - Dr. Killinger is a professor of Diagnosis at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she received her Chiropractic degree in 1983. She directed several U.S government grants on the topic of geriatric education, including 10 years of service as a site coordinator for the Iowa Geriatric Education Center. Lisa has served numerous elected positions in the American Public Health Association s Chiropractic Health Care Section. She teaches courses in Geriatrics, Public Health, Chiropractic Techniques and Mens/ Women s health and has authored/ co-authored nine book chapters and over 75 scientific publications, primarily on the topic of geriatrics.
