Meeting Dates Freddie suggest as an income generator to add a fun day (repeat of convention workshops) for September 23 rd 2017 Quotes from WSO can be placed in a calendar that will not require approval from WSO Area Items October Assembly - Toni Discussion group about St. Francis prayer on the book marks Cal-chat was wonderful Julia discussion about AA members in voting positions with al anon. May Assembly & TEAM Event Area assembly will be Friday night and Saturday (3:00) then from then until 10 and on Sunday AM there will be a TEAM event (in doing so we would kill two birds on one week-end) TEAM

Talk to groups for those that may want to attend. 2017 Convention Grand Hyatt in Tampa Bay Table tent card and registration forms, flyer and magnet for your group. New Business Risa suggest that district purchase a small portable PA system. Found one unit that was $251. Should we look into such an idea. Group seems to support looking into it. Paper We are out of paper to cover the tables for Fun Day. Do we want tpo purchase paper or use plastic tablecloths? Does anyone have access to a restaurant supply store? That s probably the cheapest option. Will discuss at the next District Meeting. Did I actually say any of that or simply skip it since we were running late? AA state convention is in Jacksonville - Looking for input from al anon to participate. Is anyone interested in acting as the Al-Anon Liason for the AA Convention. I probably said AA Liaison, but it should be the Al-Anon Liaison or Al-Anon Chairperson for the AA Convention. Other There is leftover schedules and bookmarks from convention.
