Our Network with Results International ( NWRI ) membership guidelines are recommended practices that allow our chapters to run efficiently and effectively for everyone involved. Business networking is not about selling something to someone. It s about forming relationships and helping each other achieve goals. One person can t succeed alone. This is why networking is so important. NWRI Philosophy Our philosophy is twofold: First, we believe in an open environment for all business owners to network effortlessly, with no pressure, no hidden agendas and no demands placed on them. Second, because of our unique business structure, we believe results will happen naturally and that members will likely achieve results far beyond what they ve seen before. NWRI Vision Statement NWRI s vision is simple: we believe that success for everyone involved occurs when members work together effectively as a team, united in vision and purpose. Through collaboration and sharing referrals, we ensure a stream of resources, marketing and business opportunities for one another. NWRI allows members to grow professionally and to even become leaders, all sharing a common goal: to complete one another, not compete against one another. NWRI Mission Statement Our mission is to invigorate the networking process by making it more accessible and economical for professionals to cross-promote their services within our business communities. To ensure members are excited when they show up and give them the support and resources they need to be successful. Our proof is in the results members achieve week in, week out. What Do We Stand For? 1. Results, results and more results 2. Respecting, trusting and supporting our members 3. High ethical and professional standards 4. Greater accountability for our performance and participation 5. Sharing knowledge and resources so we can thrive in all our pursuits Code of Ethics and Team Morale As with any organization, ethics and team morale can make or break a company. The same theory applies to any type of team mission: If a member does not follow the ethics set forth below, he/she will be given a warning by the chapter leader. If unethical and negative behavior continues, he/she will be asked to leave the chapter. Our NWRI code of ethics and team morale guidelines are as follows: 1. I will be truthful and honest with other members. 2. I will adhere to fairness in all business transactions. 3. I will support my fellow members by sharing qualified referrals. 4. I will follow up on the referrals I receive online or offline, and on ReciProty. 5. I will promote our NWRI chapter and help others attain the resources they need. 6. I will display a supportive and positive attitude. 7. I will work as a team to make this a very productive group. NWRI (Revised 2/15/16) Page 1

A NWRI Membership gives you more value and is unlike other person-to-person and business-to-business networking organizations. Here s why: 1. It is not just about sales. It s about learning, building relationships and fostering growth. 2. Members can receive the latest business trends which can facilitate the growth of one s company. 3. Free admission to Network with Results after-hours mixers when they occur 4. Attend any chapter of your choice, any time you want with the permission of the chapter leader and as long as it follows our guidelines. 1 5. Opportunity to receive a discounted price to attend member events 2 6. Exclusive members-only discounts 3 7. Opportunity to lead and organize a new chapter for additional business exposure 4 8. Opportunity to donate drawing items for added exposure 9. Additional exposure when sponsoring an event 10. Learn skills to become more successful at building business relationships Added Value When You Create a Free Business Profile on ReciProty.com Fees 1. Chapter recognition in the ReciProty newsletter 5 2. Chapter recognition to 20,000+ ReciProty followers and fans on social media 5 3. Share referrals and capture sales within minutes! 4. Toss your business card. Members can find your business quickly on ReciProty. 5. Members can view your business pitch, link, view, like and follow your Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube pages if included in your profile 6. Access to your current members-only Network with Results chapter group on ReciProty 5 1. Fees are paid annually. Fees may be paid with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS via PayPal, cash, or check. 2. Membership fees are payable up to 30 days prior to the due date. If fees are not paid within 15 days when they are due, the member will be officially dropped by NWRI. 3. Fees are non-refundable and subject to change. 4. Fees cannot be transferred from one person to another. 5. NWRI reserves the right to establish chapters where people are interested in developing referral-based businesses 6. NWRI is a networking organization provided by Wilbur Resources International, Corp. (WRI). WRI or any of its assumed names reserve the right to discontinue a member s participation in this program. 1 Guests are allowed to attend twice otherwise an economical annual membership fee will apply. NWRI chapters are limited to three (3) specialties or professional classifications per chapter. Each chapter can have only one specialty member from the same company. 2 Discounted pricing is up to the member to provide. Events, times and dates vary by location. 3 Discounts vary and are at the discretion of chapter members. 4 New chapters are up to the discretion of the company. 5 You must be a member of NWRI and ReciProty. Chapters must follow the organizational rules developed by NWRI. NWRI (Revised 2/15/16) Page 2

General Guidelines 1. NWRI chapters are limited to three (3) specialties or professional classifications per chapter. 2. No two members from the same company or team can join the same chapter. 3. NWRI members can join only one chapter and visit any chapter of their choice with permission from the chapter leader, and as long as there are no more than three (3) specialty representatives from the same category, one representative from the same company, or a MLM within the same company. 4. A member can transfer to a chapter in a different county, with permission from the chapter leader, and as long as there are no more than three (3) specialty representatives from the same category, one representative from the same company, or a MLM within the same company. Their current membership fee will also transfer with them. 5. MLM members of NWRI should represent their products and services, not the business opportunity element of their business. 6. Members can only represent one specific business, classification or company. 7. It is recommended that members bring a friend, share qualified referrals with other NWRI members and meet one-on-on with other members weekly. 8. Members can share one referral with multiple NWRI members. This allows the person receiving the referral decide with whom they would like to work. 9. Attendance is critical. Members must be willing to attend the weekly chapter meetings. No more than one absence is allowed per month unless there are extenuating circumstances, you prearrange your absence with the chapter leader or you have a substitute. 10. Visitors may only attend two (2) chapter meetings. After a total of visiting two chapter meetings, a visitor will be asked to make a decision to join or not to join. 11. All members are required to have their own membership. There are no substitutes. 12. It is recommended that chapters rotate speakers and have an education segment. 13. The weekly meetings last from 60 to 90 minutes depending on the chapter. Members are to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting. 14. The chapter leader may appoint other members to lead a chapter meeting or form a committee for their chapter. 15. If a member has a general concern about a specific chapter, it is his/her responsibility to bring it to the chapter leader, or to the committee. 16. If a member has a concern about another member, it is his/her responsibility to bring it to that person s attention, or to the chapter leader, or to the committee. 17. If there is a concern with a member, the chapter leader or Membership Committee may, at their sole discretion, place a member on probation relating to the member s business practices or commitment to the chapter. 18. Guidelines are subject to change. NWRI (Revised 2/15/16) Page 3

Close Meeting Additional Information Network with Results International is not just a weekly networking meeting or Meetup group. It is so much more. It s about learning from one another, building relationships, fostering growth and capturing sales. It is a networking organization that requires consistent marketing, communication and maintenance to maintain new growth. At the present time, NWRI is utilizing Wilbur Resources International (WRI), ReciProty, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Meetup, Constant Contact and other marketing channels. The current membership fee is extremely inexpensive compared to what most networking organizations charge. The benefits of a NWRI membership far outweigh the nominal monetary investment per year, but it s your decision about where to spend your time and invest your funds. NWRI (Revised 2/15/16) Page 4
