APPLICATION / DOSAGE Basic recipe for Mousse: 800 g cream + 200 ml cold milk whisk up slightly at medium speed. Stir 200 g of DAWN Mousse / Crème dessert mix slowly, then whisk at medium speed until thick or required. Flavour with DAWN Compounds by adding 50 g of fruity compound after the mousse has thickened. Portion the mousse into moulds or desserts then refrigerate. Basic recipe for Crème Dessert: 200-220 g DAWN powder + 500 g cream + 500 ml cold milk. Mix all ingredients, let it stand briefly and mix again. Flavour with DAWN Compounds by adding 50 g of fruity compound with the other ingredients.
