The following layouts are the EXACT, powerful, and wildly successful supplement protocols that I put all my Estrogen Detox clients on. Eat a healthy diet full of the powerful foods listed in How to Boost Metabolism and Burn Fat With An Estrogen Detox report and follow 1 of the 3 supplement protocols listed below for as long as the protocol you choose suggests. You could notice results and impact of the detox within as little as a week. Note: With the intense 16- day protocol, you can stop on day 17 if you like.
