Donald (Don) Sims 43 years of service Associate Professor, Department of Communication Studies Served in many roles for the Academy of Rehabilitative Audiology, including editorial consultant for the organization's publication, the JARA, from 1986 through 1989. Published extensively in many journals and worked on grants with Dr. Frisina in the International Center for Hearing and Speech Research Pioneer in the development of computer assisted auditory training tools such as D.A.V.I.D. and C-Katz Honored in 2011 with the Oticon Focus on People Award for a lifetime of service to the field of audiology
Sidney (Sid) McQuay 43 years of service Associate Professor, Department of Engineering Studies Senior tenured faculty for the computer integrated machining technology (CIMT) program Worked with many organizations in the manufacturing sector, including FAME, NYSETA, and RTMA. Presented extensively at many conferences regarding best practices for cooperative work experiences Achieved a 99% student job placement rate working with NCE over the years

Peter Haggerty 39 years of service Associate Professor, Department of Liberal Studies Captain of the RIT Chase Corporate Challenge team for more than 15 years Fourth Faculty in Residence at RIT (1996-98) Inaugurated the Midnight Breakfast event Captain of Wednesday's Children, a morning running club of faculty, staff, and students, for 20 years Eisenhart Award Winner, 1985-86 Honored by students with a named seat in the Panara Theatre for his work in and in support of theater Married to Luane Davis Haggerty of the Theater Department

Karen Dobkowski 30 years of service Speech Language Professional, Department of Communication Studies Early initiator of Intercultural Communication long before her profession and NTID embraced it Co-developed a course and co-authored a manuscript describing a conversational model for communication enhancement Provided transcription support to the Deaf people and World War II project documenting the stories of Deaf Jewish survivors of the Holocaust Co-developed end of the semester brunch held in the SLLPL and the highly successful weekly conversation group for students preferring to communicate using Spoken English
