Thanks for investing in the Ultimate MTB Workout Program (UMWP) v7. This program is the result of over a decade of helping riders at all levels improve speed, endurance and confidence on the trail. I really appreciate this chance to help you as well. The UMWP is based on a system I created to improve your fitness and skills by first improving how you move and then improving how much you can move. By focusing on movement quality first we make sure that you don t waste energy on the trail or set yourself up for future injuries. I have also included my system for teaching basic trail skills as well. Since how you move off of the bike should tie directly to how you move on the bike, helping you understand how to move better in both areas will greatly enhance your results. Like I mention in the video, the best advice I can give you is to not wait until you have everything figured out perfectly to start. Know that it is alright to make mistakes and learn as you go.
