Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers January 2013 Volume 8, Issue 1 Inside this issue: January Speaker 2 January Presentation 2 Chapter Information 5 Join Us! 6 Energy Index Hello Everyone, Happy New Year! As you may already know, Ann Marie Diaz has declined the Chapter Presidency for the coming year due to other commitments she has made to AEE. I have told the Board that I would be proud and honored to be Chapter President one more year with their consent (which they gave), unless another member volunteers. Please notify Linda Rickard if you wish to be Chapter President for the remainder of 2013. The only change to the Board so far is Adam Jilani of Clear Result agreeing to be our new Program coordinator. We still need a member to come forward to be Chapter Vice President for the remainder of 2013. Please remember that this year s Vice President will be Chapter President in A Note From The President 2014. If you are willing to be our VP please contact Linda Rickard. Please let me know by the end of February the certification training that you would like to have the Board host during 2013. We will try to have it set up for September or October. I would like to have the Board vote their approval concerning the certification training in March so we can coordinate everything with AEE, our membership, and other interested Texas Chapters. Our January meeting will be held from 11:30 to 1:00 PM on January 29th at Logan s Roadhouse in San Marcos (1141 IH35 North, (512) 805-8888). Our presenter will be William Ball, Product Manager for Noesis Energy. His presentation will focus on an overview of Noesis Energy s Tools and Reports, highlighting their free online energy management service. Please get your energy year off right by joining us in San Marcos. Have a Great Month, Frank Frank Richards Chapter President presented by
