30 Example Energy Leadership Index Assessment
31 What s Your Level? Discuss within your group: What do you think is your primary energy level What makes you think so? How do you think your primary level changes under stress? Discuss what value you apply to each of the levels whether good or bad?
32 Raising your Energetic Leadership AWARENESS Observe your default reactions and what thoughts you are having in the moment. Question yourself: What would this feel like at Level 5? How can I approach this with curiosity? What is the opportunity here? Raise your consciousness: the act of awareness is extraordinarily effective and when we are conscious we can choose.
33 Summary Elevate your consciousness to recognize your energy levels Judge not: there are no good or bad levels of energy Shift an energy level if it is not working for you, work to move it to another level Feel that Catabolic energy over a sustained period can drain you. Understand that Anabolic energy is constructive and builds you up
