Our Diabetes Educators Course is now approved by Commission of Dietetic Registration for 12 CPEU's Scope of the course: Panacea Health Education s Diabetes Educator Program is approved by Commission of Dietetic Registration as a continuing professional education program for 12 CPEUs and helps professionals gain an overall understanding of diabetes education and has valuable insights in the context of nutrition, physical activity recommendations, insulin dosing, oral hypoglycemic agents, psychological management and educational strategies along with a practical case management approach. This course is not a direct entry for becoming a Certified Diabetes Educator as that is regulated by the NCBDE. However the certification is a valid continuing professional education program as per the regulating body and can be used for the preparation of the exam. 2

Classes and Assessment: For those who miss the classes or unable to clear assessments have a chance of completing the classes with the next batch alone by paying a defaulters fee. Beyond the following batch a student will require to re-register afresh. Assessments need to be completed within scheduled dates. Certification is valid for three years after which students need to enroll for update classes and examination.
