Breath Prayer: BREATHING IN: Bless the Lord BREATHING OUT: Oh my Soul It is not through endless theological debate, not through intellectual gymnastics, or changing standards of orthodoxy that we will be set free. The heart is set free through blessing. Blessing opens the heart. It is time to untangle, loosen, and open our hearts so that we too can offer the essential blessing of God s love. Blessing begets blessing. Today I know who I really am a blessed one of God. ~ from Sabbath Pause, Terry Chapman For the Caregivers: Each day we find ourselves facing challenging turns as well as incredible blessings. May we step ever closer to God s leading Spirit of Light and be shown the path to follow. Spirit of Peace, You know how worry and fear can take over and hound a person s tranquility. Today I place my loved one (say their name), with all his/her worries and fears, Into your caring hands. I place myself and my concerns in your caring hands, as well. Calm our hearts and minds. Encourage us to face what troubles us. Help us each to let go of what we fear. Author Unknown
