Creative and innovative; created courses for therapists including an Introductory Neuro-Developmental (NDT) course to the Treatment and Management of Children with Cerebral Palsy ACHIEVEMENTS: Pauline is currently working as a consultant physiotherapist for the management of spasticity in children at Birmingham Community Healthcare Trust. In 2009 Pauline won a clinical doctorate research award of over 200,000 to undertake a PhD which she is doing at the University of Birmingham. The research project is comparing two methods of constraint induced movement therapy for children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Pauline has worked as a physiotherapist specialising in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, for over twenty-five years and has worked both in the hospital setting and in the community.
