Endomicroscopy Recent studies indicate that chromoendoscopy can greatly enhance the endoscopic detection of dysplastic lesions in colitic colons. The Committee endorses the incorporation of chromoendoscopy into surveillance colonoscopy for appropriately trained endoscopists. Haifa, 3.4.2006
