One of the reasons why Gift Aid is not claimed is because the data collected at the time the donation was made was incomplete. This part of the briefing session aims to put voluntary organisations in the best position to maximise the Gift Aid they claim Your fundraising strategy - looking at what has worked in the past and why, and then how to exploit that in future planning of online packs Putting a fundraising pack together - what you need to consider Fundraising info via your website - what you need to consider The difficulties of being a charity with a hard message, not being a 'sexy' charity and having a service user group that have enough challenges without putting lots of pressure on them to fundraise. How to engage and change this This learning lunch is being run jointly by Kingston Smith, one of the country s leading audit and chartered accountancy firms and Headway West Sussex a countywide Charitable Incorporated Organisation that aims to Improve Life after Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) The Orchard, 1-2 Gleneagles Court Crawley West Sussex RH10 6AD 01293 657000 info@crawleycvs.org www.crawleycvs.org Charity Number 1094699 Company Number 4488714 A member of NAVCA
