REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS ONE WEEK PRIOR TO CLASS DATE. Check out the index to find the program you want and the location index for addresses of the program sites. There are two different programs offered. There is the initial all day program for people who have never had the training. There are also half day refresher courses which you can only participate in if you have already completed the full day course. It is recommended that people take a refresher course each year after taking the initial course. You are expected at the program for which you register, unless you call Madonna Hengoed to cancel your registration. Class size is limited for all programs. Registration is through the external registration form on page 5. Complete the form and mail to CCBDD, 1275 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, Attention: Staff Development, or fax to (216) 736-4544. Classes are filled on a first-received basis. Registration is due one week prior to program date. Your registration is considered confirmed unless you receive a telephone call to indicate otherwise. If you do not register for a class, you will not be able to participate. Participants that are not on the registration list will need to report back to their own work site. Important Information for All Participants In-Service training is a work activity. All workplace rules including those regarding cell phone use and all electronic devices are in effect during all training sessions.
