Fascial Stretch Therapy There is a new catch word: fascia. Think of it as netting for your muscles, and is responsible for how well we move, the lack of function in our shoulders and hips, and the soreness we feel in our lower backs. By releasing the kinks in the fascia nets, we can restore range of motion, quality of life, as well as the functionality of joints. A few weeks ago, our personal trainers Matt Jones and Jillian Magee attended their Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapy course held by the Institute to Win. Fascial Stretch Therapy, or FST, is a powerful assisted stretching technique that will However, like most experiences, it is always better to experience than to read about it; so we suggest members who are interested to ask one of us to provide you with a 5 minute quickie so you can see and feel the benefits that FST can do for you.
