This information packet contains detailed information about the packages that we offer. You are welcome to take advantage of our packages in order to improve and optimize your health. We want to help you achieve your health goals. You can find specific details about the package in the subsequent pages. First, here is a brief description of each package. Functional Medicine Evaluation (New and Established Patients): Before beginning a detoxification program, you want your hormones, nutrients, energy levels, and detoxification pathways optimized. The functional medicine approach involves taking a detailed medical history in order to find the root causes of your problems instead of finding a pill for every ill. Each of these packages includes evaluations with a physician and nutritionist. Each package contains different items such as blood work, hormone evaluations, supplements, and other tests. Discovery Session: This is our Meet and Greeet package. It is an introduction to our style of medicine. It only includes a visit with the physician and nutritionist. It does not include enough time to do a full functional medicine evaluation. Basic Functional Medicine Evaluation: This package is our introductory functional medicine evaluation. You will get a full functional medicine evaluation with limited testing included. All other services, testing, and follow-up appointments will be charged separately. Comprehensive Functional Medicine Evaluation: This package is our most extensive functional medicine evaluation. It includes multiple advanced lab testing, complete hormone evaluation, genome sequencing, high quality supplements, and follow-up visits with physician and nutritionist. Best Value Package! Toxin Evaluation: Heavy Metal Evaluation: This package allows you to get full evaluation of heavy metals, including a pre and post heavy metal provocation urine sample. It also includes a bioimpedance analysis, glutathione infusion, and necessary detoxification supplements. In this package, you get 3 visits with the physician and a 60 minute visit with the Nutritionist. Environmental Toxin Evaluation: This package allows extensive evaluation of environmental toxins that are currently in your body. It also includes a bioimpedance analysis, glutathione infusion, and necessary detoxification supplements. In this package, you will get 2 visits each with the physician and nutritionist.
All-Inclusive Toxin Evaluation: This package is a complete evaluation of heavy metals and environmental toxins. It includes the same features as the Heavy Metal and Environmental Toxin Evaluations. Detoxification: If you are determined to have toxins that are affecting your health after going through the evaluations listed above, you are then able to proceed with the detoxification programs listed below. Heavy Metal Detoxification (Chelation Therapy): Chelation therapy is a 4 month program that involves daily doses of a chelating agent (mainly DMPS) to remove stored heavy metals from tissue and eliminate them. This package includes all necessary office visits with physician and nutritionist, supplements, chelating agent, glutathione infusions, and bioimpedance analyses for 4 months. It also includes repeat Heavy Metal testing at the end of the treatment plan.
