Who is Sonia BRUCE? A life changing experience happened to me when I was 28, setting all my life's understandings back to zero. I actively and consciously decided to heal my life and 30 years later, this beautiful and exciting journey is still unfolding. I've studied Yoga, Zen Shiatsu, Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong and Meditation in a on-going way since then. Encouraged very early by my teachers, I started teaching Yoga and also opened my first Shiatsu practice. Over time, I have been teaching adults coming to classes and seminars about Yoga, Stress Management, Self-Help for a better Health, Qi Gong and Meditation. All through these years, chinese Medicine and Philosophy have been a huge source of inspiration to guide my steps. Practicing Shiatsu as a professional during 20 years, has also been an enormous incentive to heal myself in order to support in the best way possible the many clients giving me their trust and wishing to improve their health condition and/or the quality of their life journey. I am deeply thankful to all and every one of the people met on the way: therapists and teachers, students and clients, friends, family and books' authors... for their support, which sustained within me to this day, the desire to live and share my passion. 6
