No business, regardless of size or location, is immune to the countless problems that alcohol and drug abuse can cause. Although the rate of current illicit drug use is higher among unemployed individuals, the vast majority of current illicit drug users in the US are employed. Alcohol and Drug Testing Well-managed companies across the nation have turned to Road to Recovery (RTR) for Alcohol and Drug Testing in an attempt to bring order to the chaos of substance use and abuse on the job. Alcohol and drug testing can be managed on a calendar basis, where you send the selected employees for testing, or adopting the Random Selection Program used with the court systems throughout the State of Georgia. In either case, you provide RTR with a list of employees for testing either on a date you select (Calendar Basis) or through random selections. Either way, RTR will provide you with a complete professional report depicting the results of each employee tested. RTR utilizes the icup drug tests available in 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 panel configurations. The icup has built in anti-adulteration to check for tampering and the drug test results panel can be photocopied. Sexual harassment in the workplace can affect anyone in any job. While not limited to women, the statistics show that only 15% of charges are filed by males. Sexual harassment destroys the work environment. The anxiety and frustration experienced by victims can impact their quality of life and the quality of their work.
