DESTRESS-ME! WORKSHOPS ($20) Registration required 450 465-2520 ext. 206 (6 meetings Max. 6 participants) This workshop will help caregivers with their stress management. It will offer tips and relaxation techniques. At the same time, participants will learn to enhance their understanding to stress and its impact, identify personal stressors and built a strategic toolbox to maintain a balance in their everyday life. I HONOUR ME WORKSHOPS ($20) Registration required 450 465-2520 ext. 208 206 (8 meetings Max. 8 participants) A series of workshops which allow women caregivers to become aware of their level of self-esteem, identify their qualities, skills and personal sense of worth, while alleviating feelings of exhaustion and psychological distress. Our workshop fosters an environment of learning, sharing and exchange with others. Themes discussed: Self-determination Security Identity & Belonging Competence Self-Love, Self-Compassion, Self-Acceptance Self-Assertiveness and Adaptation Personal Integrity Wellbeing & Self-Esteem THURSDAY: March 15 th to May 3 th, 1:30 pm to 4 pm

COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT (FREE) Do you need to speak with a counsellor? Do you need assistance? Our team of counsellors provides a wide range of services such as individual counselling, information on resources, and assistance with referrals. Our counsellors offer individual consultations by phone, at our office or to your home. Our services are confidential and free of charge. Do not hesitate to contact us!

RESPITE (FREE) Information 450 465-2520 ext.206 These services are available with the collaboration of Amélys - Services d aide à domicile, and are offered under certain conditions. IN-HOME SUPERVISION In order to facilitate your participation in our activities, we offer free in-home accompaniment for your loved one by a trained home care worker. RESPITE GETAWAY To allow you to get away from your daily routine, a fully trained personal care attendant will care for your loved one, in your home for 48 hours. You can leave with peace of mind.

FORMER CAREGIVERS (FREE) Registration required 450 465-2520 ext. 206 or 207 Monthly, structured meetings led by a counsellor, to give caregivers who have lost their loved one, the opportunity for personal growth and development. These former caregivers, who have previously participated in our programs, receive continued support in a meeting place with others who have lived the same situation. You can do volunteer work by driving our members, working in the kitchen or doing administrative tasks. IN MEMORIAM DONATION A donation in honor of a loved one is a way to express your sympathy. By supporting the Centre de soutien entr'aidants with an In Memoriam Donation, you contribute to the well-being of caregivers and seniors. For each donation we send a card stating that a donation was made in memory of the deceased. Official receipts for tax purposes are automatically issued for all donations of $10 or more. MAJOR AND PLANNED DONATIONS Help us to continue our mission to support caregivers who are caring for an elderly loved one, through a donation! There are many different ways to donate, and if you wish, you can specify that your donation goes to a particular service, such as respite or volunteer transportation. o Planned gift of a life insurance policy o Securities donation o Testamentary gifts or bequests Find out about the tax benefits concerning these donations or visit the appropriate section on our website.
