MJFF FUNDING PROGRAMS
MJFF FUNDING PROGRAMS ADDRESS CRITICAL NEEDS FOR PD THERAPEUTIC DEVELOPMENT Target Advancement Therapeutic Pipeline Program Improved Biomarkers & Outcome Measures Our Bi-Annual Core Funding Programs are open to all investigators interested in their work being considered for MJFF support.
TARGET ADVANCEMENT AN EDMOND J. SAFRA CORE PROGRAM FOR PD RESEARCH Our early stage targets program, Target Advancement supports investigators building robust evidence to rationalize targets for further translation into new Parkinson s treatments. Target Validation Awards Target Optimization Awards Support research characterizing promising, novel PD-relevant targets or continuing target biology work on established PD targets For the Fall 2016 cycle, MJFF has identified Dystonia related targets as a priority for further study 10
