Welcome to Son Bunyola, my favourite Mallorcan retreat! From here you can appreciate the stunning beauty of the Mediterranean from the tranquillity of your own private villa. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I always do. SIR RICHARD BRANSON

Son Bunyola is on the island s northwest coast and covers 700 acres of stunning landscape and includes three villas, Sa Terra Rotja, Sa Punta de S Aguila and Son Balagueret. Central to the estate is a large historic manor house, or finca, dating from the mid-1700s. This building is currently unused, forming an incredible centrepiece to the dramatic scenery. Guests will find a manor house with vines, citrus fruit trees, almonds and hundreds of olive trees.

Key Facts 40 minutes from the airport on the island s northwest coast (I have attached driving directions for your consideration) 3 Villas 1 x 5 bedroom villa (up to 10x guests) and 2 x 4 bedroom villas (up to 8 guests in each villa) Close to the traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles - they offer a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities. The pebbly beach is a 10 minute walk from Sa Punta de S Aguila All drinks including wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks and Spanish sparkling wine Daily continental breakfast (our chefs will prepare a selection of cold items so you can help yourself) Lunch and dinner for 6 days tailored to your tastes (on one night we ll assist you with a local restaurant reservation) A concierge service for help in arranging activities and restaurant bookings Wireless internet Each villa has a private heated pool Daily housekeeping and pool servicing Biking Storage is available

Before the retreat Full fitness and physiotherapy testing in Harley Street to include the following: Body composition tests Strength tests VO2 max test (cardio - respiratory fitness) Resting metabolic rate Fitness test (inc VO2 max, strength, Fat %) Physiotherapy assessment Full stress, sleep and recovery tests - full lifestyle assessments Genetic profiling, blood marker tests and a personalised app with all this data included - The test will code for over 100 different genes related to health and wellness including how you sleep, what foods work with your body, what exercise is best for your own body type, whether you are caffeine intolerant to name a few. Fully personalised lifestyle, fitness and health report written by qualified experts and integrated into a full plan for the wellness week and then to be taken into daily life. To include all the data collected from the bloods, genetic profile tests, fitness and physio tests and stress, sleep and recovery tests.

During the retreat Wellness Itinerary: This will be based on the personal data from each couple and the retreat to be tailored to them. If they do not do the tests this will be based on a one to one consultation before the retreat. Example 4 day/ 5 night itinerary below can be adjusted to fit in with the clients. Saturday, 13th 3 pm - Arrive Sunday / Monday 8 am - 9 am - nutritious breakfast - made on site by chef in conjunction with advice from personal coach 9 am - 10 am - fitness session (depending on needs) - to include HIIT circuits, hypopressives/ respiration to increase core strength and posture. The fitness session will integrate the data from the app as well as the different fitness tests carried out. The coach will identify which areas need attention 10.30 am - 11.30 am - nutrition support and meal planning 11.30 am - 1 pm - introductory yoga session on Monday then deep relaxation Yoga on Wednesday guided by the Osteo yoga teacher 1.30 pm - 2.30 pm - nourishing, healthy meal devised by the chef in conjunction with the coach. 2.30 pm - 3.30 pm - posture workshop and Q and A sessions with Yogi 4 pm - 6 pm - one to one sessions with yoga teacher 7 pm - 9 pm - dinner created by chef and guided by personal coach

Tuesday / Wednesday 8 am - 9 am - nutritious breakfast - made on site by chef in conjunction with advice from personal coach and data collected from genetic profiling test 9 am - 10 am - Fitness session (depending on needs) - to include HIIT circuits, hypopressives/ respiration to increase core strength and posture. The fitness session will integrate the data from the app as well as the different fitness tests carried out. The coach will identify which areas need attention 11.00 am - 12.30 am - Yoga session 1 pm - 2 pm - Nourishing, healthy meal devised by the chef in conjunction with the coach 2 pm - 5 pm - One to one yoga sessions as couples 6 pm - 8 pm - dinner created by chef and guided by personal coach and on Thursday at restaurant 8 pm - 9.30 pm - sunset yoga by the pool or on the beach on Tuesday evening only Thursday, 18th 12 pm - Leave villa for home

After the retreat Personal health, fitness and wellness report created of all the tests, data, reports, recommendations and future plans and targets. Costs Based on 10 couples 5 nights not including flights and transfers Villas this includes chef, food with last night being out at restaurant (extra cost to client), drinks, concierge, cleaning, WIFI. Fitness testing, physio tests, genetic profiling, blood tests, stress/ sleep and recovery tests and full wellness report before and after the retreat. 2 personal coaches to be present. 2 yoga teachers to be present one to be a fully qualified and practising oesteopath 4 days of yoga including a 90 minute monday morning intro to yoga then yoga classes for the rest of the week in the morning with one 90 minute sunset class one of the evenings. There will also be a posture and q and a workshop. Each guest will also complete an online pre-yoga assessment encompassing health, lifestyle, bio-mechanical and nutrition. Each guest will also enjoy a one to one session personal yoga session for 60 minutes. During the one to one session clients will also be assessed by the oesteo yoga specialist. Each guest will also receive their own bespoke yoga sequence post their assessment.
