Welcome to the Health Center Referring Practitioner Survey Welcome to the Bassett Medical Group (BMG) Referring Practitioner Survey Each year a survey has been conducted of referring practitioners on the Bassett Medical Staff, focused on understanding your opinion of and experience with the Bassett specialty and ancillary departments. The survey historical, and again this year, asks you to rate specialty and ancillary departments on components of access, expertise, patient satisfaction, communication and competition. This year we are pleased to offer this survey electronically using Survey Monkey which we hope will prove to be more efficient to complete, and will certainly be more efficient to collate and analyze the results, and share them.
