17-20: Very Good - Congratulations, keep the standards up so you and your players continue to reap the rewards and benefits of highly structured specific training. 14-17: Average - Good Effort, let s look to identify the areas of weakness and aim for improvement next evaluation. Seek out the resources necessary to move up to the next level! 11-14: Below Average - Your training needs to improve significantly if your players to maximise their potential. With a little tweaking your training organisation and structure could make all the difference between making the finals and missing out altogether. 0-10: Unacceptable - Your players performance and development will be severely compromised.
