Introduction to your Intuition You can see, hear, touch, smell and taste... But are you in touch with your intuitive senses? What is intuition? It is your body s GPS system. It guides you and helps you go in the right direction. Some people call it your gut feeling or a sixth sense but whatever you call it you want to get in touch with it. Most people believe that intuition is a gift some people have, and some people don t. The reality, however, is that ALL of us were born with the potential for highlevel intuitive functioning - yet through societal conditioning and a lack of awareness, this valuable sense slowly began to disappear into the recesses of our minds as we grew up.

So why is intuition so important? Science has proven that people in touch with their intuitive senses are more successful wealthier, healthier, happier and safer than those who are not. In fact intuition has also been proven to improve relationships, melt away stress, and guide you towards your life purpose. You can learn how to tap into your intuition, it just takes practice. As they always say practice makes perfect. There are so many ways that intuition can be beneficial in your life! Practicing tuning into your intuitive ability will be a very valuable asset in life! I was one of those who thought that some people were intuitive and some were not and I was not. I attended a seminar on intuition because I thought it would be interesting so I went but had no idea what to expect. They talked about everyone being born with the gift of intuition. At this point I was not sure what to think but I thought what the heck I will try this out. Each day I practiced and with each day my intuition became stronger and more reliable. That day I went to the seminar I had no idea that each one of us is born with the gift of intuition but now that I have done the research and tried out these very exercises myself it just makes sense. We are all given the same set of faculties each one of us is equally special. By developing this gift you will awaken your intuition and start up your body s GPS! By taking this program that is exactly what you can expect to do. Awaken your intuition!

Developing your Intuition Now that you are aware that we all are born with the same set of gifts and one of those gifts is your intuition. You always hear of people talking about their gut feeling or I just knew that well that is also called intuition. Intuition is the way of the universe answering your questions. Everybody has this same gift some just have practiced it more and it s more evolved but we all are born with intuition. I think we often feel as though some are more blessed but the truth is we are all blessed we just have to know where to look and how to develop these gifts. That is exactly what we do in this program.

Role Model the trust you build in yourself Often we learn not to trust ourselves and to look to the outside world for the answer but the truth is each of us inherently knows the answers to our questions. As you use your natural truth you become connected to the truth, this will help alleviate feelings of anxiety. We have to ask the question and trust ourselves that we are able to hear the feedback. You need to be the energy and love you want and feel this with no agenda and no expectations of what you want in return. You do not need to convince others or recruit others. People choose what they want; when they see your life being full of energy and love the will be more open to it.

Practice listening to your intuition When you are developing your intuition just like any other skill you learn the more you use it the more accurate you become and the easier it is. The fear of being wrong can sometimes stop you from asking questions but we need to start asking questions because questions open up the doors to the answers we are seeking. Take this example if you are not sure whether or not you should let your child go to the corner store you could guess what would be for the greater good of your child or ask your intuition is it in the greatest good of my child to walk to the corner store? Or Is it in my greatest good to go to the movies with my friends tonight? or Is it in my greatest good to apply for the new job opening in my company? As you practice you will just know the feelings more automatically. Be patient with yourself this is a tool that will serve you!

Here is a list of questions to figure out how you receive your answers intuitively. You can have one or more of these systems at play when you tune into your intuition. When answering these questions pay attention to what feeling or sensation comes first; that is your lead system. Being aware of your lead system is essential for you to know how you will receive feedback. Your representation system is one of your five senses: Visual comes as visions or pictures Kinesthetic feeling or sensations in your body Auditory hearing Smell you will have scents Taste tasting Be aware of which one of these is your lead system and also any that follow. The first thing you see, feel, or sense is intuition don t analyze it. Once you have thought about it then it becomes creative imagination. When you get intuitive communication it will be neutral and non-emotional. Trust you very first thought. Also if you are in a state of heightened emotion Tap before you start to get yourself in a balanced state.

Introduction to the Emotional Freedom Technique The Emotional Freedom Technique is one of the many ways to get in a centered state. For the purposes of this module I will show you how to get into a centered state using the Emotional Freedom Technique. I have included information on questions and answers you may have in regards to this technique.

1. What is Emotional Freedom Technique? The Emotional Freedom Technique also referred to as EFT or Tapping is a combination of ancient energy healing and modern psychology. EFT uses a set of techniques that utilize the body s energy system by tapping through certain meridian points. You lightly tap through the points as you read a tapping script. This combination allows you to acknowledge, validate and honor your feelings while moving the negative energy. This technique is amazing, simple yet tremendously powerful for shifting emotions

2. What is a tapping script? A tapping script is putting your emotions into words. We use the tapping script as a guideline for you to follow so you can easily tap through the points as you read to acknowledge, validate and honor your feelings. However scripts are just guidelines and you can just say what comes to mind and it is not a big deal to miss or change words in the script. You can also do EFT without a script and just tap along the points as you voice your feelings. If you are reading a script and you have other feelings come up you can just keep tapping and say what emotions are coming up. Often as you tap through emotions other emotions come up or the emotion transform but this is a natural part of working through the emotion.

3. How long does EFT take? How long you spend each day using the EFT technique is up to you. As little as a few minutes a day will help. Depending on what emotions you are working through the scripts vary in length and can be changed to meet your needs. You can t do to little or too much EFT whatever is right for you is right. If you want to do EFT multiple times in a day that is fine as well. You will often experience results very quickly so it is helpful to use it as negative emotions come up and work the emotion through right then.

4. How do I know where to tap? What if I tap on the wrong points? To know where the tapping points are located you just follow a tapping points diagram or watch the tapping video. Once you have done EFT a few times it is easy to remember. The points are simple and easy to follow. If you are tapping and miss a point or tap in the wrong place it is not a big deal; just keep tapping. As you tap through the points you will be taping into your body s own energy system and healing power. Getting the energy moving will be the most helpful for your emotions; and this will be the result of tapping on the points even if it is not exact. As you tap through the points and feel the energy moving you will have big deep breaths; this means that you have your energy moving.

5. What can I expect from EFT? EFT disrupts the negative energy pattern, and restores the body s energy balance. By using EFT and releasing negative emotions and restoring balance to your energy system you will raise your energy vibration and experience being more emotionally free. This technique is simple, painless and powerful. Once you learn how to apply EFT you are able to use it anytime and anywhere. This makes for a convenient and inexpensive way to removes those emotional blocks that are holding you back.

6. How will EFT improve my life? By applying EFT to your life you will experience becoming more emotionally free and vibrant. You can shift from feeling negative to feeling balanced. Most people do not like feeling negative emotions and can enjoy life more fully when they are in a balanced state. When we look at our belief system we can see the emotional blocks that are holding us back from living fully present. When you go through my tapping programs, you become aware of these negative emotions, and are able to work through them to become more neutral. If you are in a negative situation and the advice is to just get over it that can be easier said than done however by learning EFT you will have a tool to help you just get over it.

7. Does EFT work for everyone? EFT does work for everyone. However I do only suggest working through the negative emotions that you can handle on your own. For any negative emotions that may be too difficult I would suggest that you work through those with a EFT practitioner or health professional. If you are finding that you are not having success with EFT it is usually that you will need to work with an EFT practitioner to go a little deeper into the block to clear it. For most cases you will find immediate shift from the emotion.

8. Can I apply EFT to other areas of my life? You can benefit from EFT in all areas of your life! If you are experiencing an emotional block EFT is a great tool.

9. What are the Pro s and Con s of EFT? The pros of EFT are: Inexpensive & Convenient Used anytime & anywhere Benefits are experienced immediately Painless Simple & Powerful Empowers you Experience becoming emotionally free The Con s of EFT are: Don t tap too hard Don t poke your eye out As long as you are cautious and careful you should not have any problems.

10. How would I benefit from your program? My programs are designed to guide and empower you to live a more emotionally free and vibrant life. By removing your emotional blocks you become more open to reaching your goals. My purpose is to give you direction and guidance so you are empowered and can experience your life for the gift it is. Get centered Tap: KC: (repeat 3 X) Even though I am not feeling centered and I am feeling a little wound up I love and accept myself anyway. EB: I choose to let go of any unbalanced feelings SE: I choose to let go of the stress of the day UE: I choose to feel balanced UN: I choose to feel centered C: I choose to look inside for the answers I seek CB: I choose to trust myself H: I choose to feel centered. Take a deep breath and place your hand over your hear t and think of something that fills you with gratitude and fill your heart with light. Repeat this script until you feel centered.

Let s Start to Awaken Your Intuition To help you get in touch with what your intuition feels like read, think about and then answer the following questions

YES Focus on what does Yes feel like? When you focus on Yes does it have a color? When you focus on Yes does it have a texture? When you focus on Yes does it have a sound? When you focus on Yes does it have a taste? When you focus on Yes does it have a smell? Repeat the word Yes and note any other sensations or feelings that come up:

NO Focus on what does No feel like? When you focus on No does it have a color? When you focus on No does it have a texture? When you focus on No does it have a sound? When you focus on No does it have a taste? When you focus on No does it have a smell? Repeat the word No and note any other sensations or feelings that come up:

MAYBE Focus on what does maybe feel like? When you focus on maybe does it have a color? When you focus on maybe does it have a texture? When you focus on maybe does it have a sound? When you focus on maybe does it have a taste? When you focus on maybe does it have a smell? Repeat the word maybe and note any other sensations or feelings that come up:

When you ask your intuition questions make sure they are in a positive form, short and focused on single facts. If a question or problem has more than one part then break it up so that you only ask one part per question. Example: Is it in my highest and best good to for me (or for whoever you are inquiring about)? If I do this activity is it rewarding for me? Is it in my child s best interest to let them go to this friend s house? If I wear this outfit to my meeting will I close the deal?

Make a list of questions you know the answer to and ask them to get familiar with how the response sensations come to you. Example: Is my name (insert your name)? Is my name (insert wrong name)? This will get you familiar with forming the questions and the response sensations. Always set yourself to Yes in the morning, throughout the day and evening! This will raise your vibration and keep you in the attitude of gratitude!
