It was a very busy time but thank you to those who could see we required extra hands but were not on the roster. A big thanks to Kate Morina who coordinated the stand as well as Martine Alessi for donating the chips. We did run out of gas for the BBQ (which I had a feeling would happen), thanks to Nick Hollier we were able to get back up and running again in no time. What was spent and what was raised? We spent on the night: Chips: Free - Thanks to Martine Alessi Bread: Free - Thanks to Bakers Delight in Charman Rd Cheltenham Drinks: $60 Zooper Doopers: $28.90 Sausages: $141.53 Ice: $23.94 Foil Trays and Paper Towels: $37.87 Red Zinc: $13.00 Gas Bottle: $54.00 Total spent: $359.24 We raised (minus the total amount spent) $911.36 so not only thank you to those who helped out but to everyone who purchased items on the night! OLA P&F NEWSLETTER Term 1-2018 We are still looking for a Grade 6 Graduation Coordinator for 2018 For a number of years now Alex Gillespie has been the Grade 6 Graduation Coordinator and has done a fantastic job. However this year she would like to enjoy the night as she will have a grade 6 graduating. Alex has already booked the Hall and DJ for the night. What is still required is help with setting up the hall and packing up the hall, food servers, to take the RSVPs so Alex can order the food and advise of food allergies. Alex is happy to help with preparation for the night. This is an important event in the OLA calender and one that enables the Grade 6 families to have a night to remember. If you are interested in helping coordinate the night or setting up the hall please email: pandfevents@ olacheltenham.catholic.edu.au 2018 Easter Egg Raffle Thank you to Katherine Lang for placing together the raffle booklets and distributing them to everyone. If you would like to help with the raffle by donating chocolate or baskets please leave your contribution at the office. The raffle tickets are only 50 cents each and additional raffle books can be collected from the office. Katherine still requires a few more helpers to place the raffle baskets together and help with the running of the raffle on Monday 26th March at 3pm. If you are able to help please email:
