Represented buyer in the acquisition of the property. Sold property for $2,350,000 in April 2014. 11565 SW Hall Boulevard (2013) Located at Highway 217 and SW Hall Boulevard, Mr. Kappler represented the buyer of this 11,001 SF building which sold for $1.5 million. Arcoa Building (2013) Mr. Kappler represented the buyer in the sale of the 25,000 SF office building located on Grand Avenue in Portland. The property sold for $2.45 million. 400 E Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon (2014) 25,429 SF office building on 1.08 acres with 3.09 per 1000 parking. Mr. Kappler represented the buyer in the acquisition of the property for $3.86M ($151/SF) which represented a 7% cap rate.

Former Legacy Clinic (2013) Mr. Kappler represented the seller of the 13,816 SF medical office building located in Tigard. The property sold for $2.4 million to Eye Health Northwest. Arlington Commons (2011) Located at 10800 SW Tualatin Sherwood Rd. in Tualatin, Mr. Kappler represented the buyer in the acquisition of 4 industrial condos totaling 29,295 SF. Mr. Kappler represented the buyer on a lease initially, then after 2 years negotiated the option for his client. Property sold for $2.477 million. Northwest Civic Office Building (2008) Mr. Kappler represented the seller of the 36,000 SF Office building located in Gresham at the intersection of Burnside and NW Civic Dr. Property sold for $6.8 million. Fanno Creek Buildin gb (2008) Mr. Kappler represented the seller (Opus NW) in the sale of the 50,000 SF building, which sold for $240/SF. The building was 100% vacant at the time of the sale. Property sold for just over $12 million.
