A missed meeting (without make-up) carries a $14.00 fee per meeting. Rotarians have 6 months on either side of a meeting date to make up a missed meeting. Excessive missed meetings in a row, with no makeups, is cause for membership termination, if not excused by the Board of Directors. Leaves of Absence can be granted for illness or other serious situations for up to one year. (members must stay current on dues and other obligations Applications for Leave of Absence, for allowable reasons, are made through the Club Secretary in writing.
