The AIESEC Leadership Model The AIESEC Leadership Model creates World Citizens who lead as catalysts. The AIESEC Leadership Model Self-Aware Solution-Oriented Empowering Others World Citizens believe in their abilities and take responsibility for a better world. Understand and live personal values, focus on strengths over weaknesses, and explore their passions. The Inner Journey Adapt and show reliance in the face of challenges, transmit positivity to move forward through uncertainty, and take risks when it's needed. Set personal goals, reflect on experience, understand personal values, and re-invent themselves. The Outer Journey Individual responsibility and goals, challenging role and environment, interaction with multiple stakeholders and support system. Communicate effectively in diverse environments, develop and empower others, and engage with others to achieve a bigger purpose. AIESEC Values Activating leadership Demonstrating integrity Living diversity Enjoying participation Striving for excellence Acting sustainably 6

AIESEC Values AIESEC values are at the cornerstone the AIESEC Leadership Model. Activating Leadership Demonstrating Integrity Living Diversity AIESEC provides its members with a foundation of core values that helps them develop into responsible leaders. Alumni carry these values with them throughout their lives, empowering them to make responsible decisions that positively impact the world. We lead by example and inspire leadership through action and results, taking full responsibility for developing others. Enjoying Participation We create dynamic and welcoming environments which stimulate active and enthusiastic participation by our members. We are consistent and transparent in our decisions and actions. We fulfill our commitments and conduct ourselves in a way that is true to our vision. Striving for Excellence We aim to deliver the highest quality performance in everything we do. Through creativity and innovation, we seek to continuously improve. We seek to learn from different ways of life and opinions represented in our multicultural environment. We respect and actively encourage the contribution of every individual. Acting Sustainably We act in a way that is sustainable for our organisation and society. Our decisions take into account the needs of future generations. 7
