GROUP FITNESS SPIN Providing you with intense cardio while catering to participants of all fitness levels, the instructor will lea you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your workout. Bikes are available on a first come, first served basis. Class will be held in the Blue Community. TUESDAYS BODY FLOW This combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates builds flexibility and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. This class will be held in the Blue Community. THURSDAYS 7:30PM BODY PUMP Pump is one of the world s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift, and curl. Resistance workout training focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements. You ll burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean body muscle. MONDAYS WEDNESDAYS PiYo Pilates, yoga, strength training, and sports stretch combines in one fitness class. This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level core strength, flexibility, stability, balance, and posture as you move from one exercise to the next. SATURDAYS 10:00AM BOOT CAMP This military style training utilizes a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns all in 45 minutes. FRIDAYS 6:30PM SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC Have fun through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength and range of movement using hand held weights, elastic tubing, and a chair for seated/standing support. MONDAYS 8:00AM WEDNESDAYS 8:00AM SILVER SPLASH/AQUA FITNESS No swimming ability is required in this shallow water class to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance using a specially designed Silver Sneakers kickboard. WEDNESDAYS 3:45PM CHAIR YOGA A gentle class focused on stretching and breathing while using a chair, if needed, for seated or standing support. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. TUESDAYS THURSDAYS 8:00AM 8:00AM ZUMBA The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness class that will blow you away. Zumba fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing and absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! TUESDAYS 7:15PM SATURDAYS 9:00AM BODY COMBAT Focusing on a range of disciplines including karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay tai, you ll strike, punch, kick, and kata your way to superior cardio fitness. With awesome music and a powerful instructor, unleash your full potential. THURSDAYS 6:30PM TONE NEW! If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core training, this is it all in 45 minutes! The challenging mix of lunges, squats, and functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. WEDNESDAYS 5:30PM POUND ROCKOUT WORKOUT Channel your inner rock star with this full body cardio jam session inspired by drumming. Using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and tone while rocking out to your favorite music in this 30 minute family friendly class. MONDAYS 7:00PM PEDAL & PUMP Enjoy this freestyle combination of spin and high intensity interval training (HIIT). The class will have 20 minutes of spin, 15 minutes of weight training, and finish with 20 minutes of spin. TUESDAYS SATURDAYS CX WORX Based on cutting edge scientific research, this 30 minutes workout will tone your stomach and tighten your butt, improving strength and assisting injury prevention. With awesome music, it ll help you run faster, play harder, and stand stronger! THURSDAYS 7:00PM 8:00AM SH BAM Featuring simple dance moves, this is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star to chart topping popular hits and dance music while burning calories, toning, shaping, developing self expression, and improving coordination. MONDAYS 7:30PM POWER YOGA An intense workout incorporating positions that lift and hold your entire body s weight while helping to clear your mind and leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. WEDNESDAYS 7:00PM ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES ARE FREE WITH ANY MEMBERSHIP

ADAPTIVE PROGRAMS SUNDAY SWIM CLUB Individuals with special needs and their families (up to four individuals) can enjoy a day at the ESCNJ Aquatics & Fitness Center at a discounted price $15 for the family, saving approximately $35 on a family of four! SUNDAYS 12:00PM ADAPTIVE SWIM LESSONS A parent must accompany swimmer with disabilities in the water during the first lesson. The instructor will determine whether the parent must continue to accompany the swimmer in the water for the remainder of the classes. A diagnosis report may be required. Lessons are scheduled around the availability of the instructor and your personal schedule. To schedule, please complete an interest form at the Welcome Center, and we will reach out via the email address on your account to schedule the first class, as availability is limited. PERSONAL TRAINING CONDITIONING OPTIONS General Fitness Total Body Conditioning Student Athlete Semi-Private/Small Group SNAP Special Needs Aquatic Play children with special needs and their families (up to four individuals) are invited to play and socialize in an informal and fun filled environment. This program is free to families with special needs but registration is required. A parent and/or another responsible adult is required to accompany children in the pool. The majority of swimmers choose to utilize the Activity Pool but if a swimmer is able to pass the ESCNJ Aquatics & Fitness Center swim test, he/she is able to utilize the Lap Pool with supervision. FRIDAYS SPECIAL OLYMPICS For information regarding the Special Olympics Swim Team (Jersey Waves) or the Young Athletes Program, please contact the Head Coach, Evelyn Delgado, directly via email at: jerseywavesarea5@yahoo.com. Members receive a complimentary Fitness Center Orientation just for signing up!
