Introduction You are one of the growing number of individuals taking ownership for your health and reclaiming your physiological wellness through the use of natural remedies. Natural remedies are remedies that are found in nature and do not require the use of synthetic processes to create. These remedies were once the primary methods for treating ailments; however with the advancement of chemical science and technology, medical research now develops fast-acting synthetic compounds to treat symptoms caused by underlying health problems. In today s health culture, synthetic treatments (pharmaceuticals) are readily prescribed to individuals to treat their symptoms and ease their discomfort. These synthetic treatments bring quick relief for the symptoms but typically leave the ailment untreated. In addition, these substances often have side effects which further compromise the individual s health and may require treatment with additional substances. Natural remedies, on the other hand, strive to address the cause of a specific ailment through the use of natural processes. In many cases minor alterations in a person s lifestyle is the number one natural solution to eliminate the cause of one s ailment. In other situations use of natural substances can be an effective means to bring the body back to a state of balance. Few will only find relief in the medical world. It is best to discuss all options with your doctor. This Kit will introduce you to what we have found to be the most effective and natural alternative remedies for treating High Blood Pressure. However, as is true in conventional medicine, each person has a unique physical and chemical composition, and there is not a one-size fits all remedy. With this in mind, we suggest you begin with one of the remedies that best fits your current lifestyle, with the understanding that the best treatment to lower your blood pressure may not be the first remedy you try. Natural Remedies That Work for High Blood Pressure 3

The success of your remedy can only come from you and your ability to adjust your lifestyle to reflect what your body positively responds to. For this reason, we encourage you to utilize the High Blood Pressure Remedy Workbook and Journal. Use this tool to set your goals and to record your daily routine, changes and observations. Review your journal frequently to see what remedies bring the desired results. Yours For Excellent Health, Joe Barton Found and CEO, Barton Publishing, Inc.
